ST新亞(002388.SZ):湖南湘材持股比例降至5%以下
格隆匯8月7日丨ST新亞(002388.SZ)公佈,公司於近日收到湖南湘材出具的《關於持股5%以上股東減持至5%以下暨減持計劃實施完成的告知函》及《簡式權益變動報告書》,湖南湘材於2025年6月16日至2025年8月5日通過集中競價交易及大宗交易方式合計減持4,368,900股,減持完成後湖南湘材持有公司的股份數量爲25,534,800股。上述股份減持導致湖南湘材持有公司股份比例由5.855461%下降至4.999984%,權益變動觸及5%的整數倍。
