帝奧微(688381.SH)：光模塊專用模擬前端在開發佈局中
格隆匯8月7日丨帝奧微(688381.SH)在互動平台表示，2024年度實現營業收入5.26億元，同比增長37.98%，全年研發投入達到2.09億元，同比增長42.93%，佔營業收入的39.78%。2025年一季度，公司營業收入1.53億元，同比增長19.06%。近年來公司的營收在不斷提升，得益於公司過去幾年不斷加大研發投入。目前不斷有新的產品向客户導入並且放量，如公司的模擬開關、電源、運算放大器、馬達驅動，車燈驅動，高邊驅動，温感等多款產品已在多家終端汽車廠商、國際及國內頭部Tier1實現量產，並不斷有新開發的產品，向客户送樣導入；以及公司今年開始向頭部光模塊廠商導入/量產高效率大電流電源、負載開關、模塊電源等多款產品，公司新的增長點凸顯。 公司始終以市場為導向、以創新為驅動，持續推出在性能、功耗、可靠性等方面具有國內或國際領先水平，在價格、品質、技術支持等方面具備較強市場競爭力及良好產業化前景的新一代產品，努力成為國內乃至國際模擬芯片行業的一流品牌。 公司持續鞏固信號傳輸產品的龍頭地位，推出一系列高速信號中繼器；積極拓展傳感類產品品類，包括角度，開關，電流，速度，3D等多類傳感，廣泛應用於汽車、工業和消費領域中；從目前直流有刷馬達驅動擴展到集成MCU的步進馬達驅動和三相無刷電機控制SOC芯片產品，將拓寬機器人領域的產品種類。同時公司氛圍燈將集成MCU的同時提供光學算法，持續從單燈頭拓展到多燈頭解決方案；以及公司在規模較大的數模混合芯片ASIC的設計方法探索，推進公司矩陣控制器的開發。 公司繼續深化在消費電子、汽車電子、通訊設備等領域的佈局外，還向外拓展了人工智能等多個領域。服務器領域，公司推出的PCIE開關和電平轉換已經拿到國內客户訂單。公司也推出的國內首款應用於I3C總線的集線器系列產品，針對DIMM模塊管理、多節點存儲系統、智能傳感器網絡等場景提供一站式解決方案。公司還針對高速光模塊推出了國內首款高精度大電流負載限流開關DIO76087；5V,1A/3A集成電感的超小尺寸模塊電源DPM6101和DPM6103，該方案在光模塊頭部客户有序驗證中。與此同時，公司推出的1.5A-3A TEC控制器系列DIO8833，DIO8834和DIO8835，將助力光模塊實現精準的温控。以及推出了業界首款超低漏電流（＜1nA）的2GHz超高速微弱信號採樣開關DIO3479。此外，光模塊專用模擬前端在開發佈局中，助力高速互聯，提供完整的光模塊模擬解決方案。
