東山精密(002384.SZ):子公司擬通過現金、債轉股等方式向香港超毅或其子公司增資3.5億美元
格隆匯8月5日丨東山精密(002384.SZ)公佈,爲支持超毅集團(香港)有限公司(簡稱“香港超毅”)投資建設高端印製電路板項目同時對香港控股向香港超毅提供的往來借款(含利息)進行轉股處理,綜合提高香港超毅資本實力,公司全資子公司HongKongDongshanHoldingLimited(簡稱“香港控股”)擬通過現金、債轉股等方式向香港超毅或其子公司增資3.50億美元(摺合人民幣約爲24.98億元)。本次增資完成後,香港超毅仍爲香港控股全資子公司。
