明日復牌！10倍牛股業績“變臉”：淨利預降超三成
8月4日晚間，上緯新材披露公告稱，近期，公司就股票交易異常波動及嚴重異常波動的相關事項進行了覈查。鑑於相關覈查工作已完成，經公司向上交所申請，公司股票將於8月5日開市起復牌。
公告稱，公司基本面未發生重大變化，主營業務仍爲環保高性能耐腐蝕材料、風電葉片用材料等的研發、生產及銷售。
同日，公司披露《上緯新材關於2025年半年度業績預告的自願性披露公告》，公司預計2025年上半年營業收入爲78377.39萬元，較上年同期增加12.50%。
預計實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2990.04萬元，較上年同期減少32.91%，歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤2604.14萬元，較上年同期減少37.02%。
對於業績變動原因，上緯新材表示，主要是因爲海外美金應收賬款造成的匯兌損失約768萬，以及研發可回收產品檢測試驗費增加約572萬，使淨利潤較同期減少。
二級市場上，上緯新材近期股價表現堪稱"現象級"，創出連續10天“20cm”漲停的紀錄，成爲今年首隻“十倍股”。行情軟件數據顯示，7月9日-7月30日16個交易日內，公司股價區間累計漲幅1083.42%。
這一輪暴漲的催化劑源自7月8日晚間的一則公告。
上緯新材發佈公告稱，智元機器人擬通過公司及核心團隊共同出資設立的持股平臺，以協議轉讓和要約收購的方式取得公司控制權。待本次股權交易完成後，上緯新材控股股東將變更爲智元機器人及其管理團隊共同持股的主體上海智元恆嶽科技合夥企業（有限合夥），實際控制人將變更爲鄧泰華。
本次交易若成功落地，有望成爲新“國九條”和“併購六條”實施以來，新質生產力企業在A股的標誌性收購案例，同時也將成爲具身智能企業在科創板的首單收購案例。
而隨着覈查工作完成，上緯新材將於明日（8月5日）復牌交易，面對業績與股價的嚴重背離，市場分歧或加大。
