浙江大學發佈神經擬態類腦計算機「悟空」
浙江大學腦機智能全國重點實驗室發佈最新研製的新一代神經擬態類腦計算機-「悟空」(Darwin Monkey)。
該類腦計算機搭載960顆實驗室自研的達爾文3代類腦計算芯片,支持的脈衝神經元規模超過20億,神經突觸超過千億,其神經元數量已接近獼猴大腦規模,在典型運行狀態下功耗約2,000瓦,爲國際上首部神經元規模超過20億的基於專用神經擬態芯片的類腦計算機,高於Intel(INTC.US)在去年4月發佈的Hala Point系統,其神經元規模爲11.5億。(ta/)
