瑞銀料今年香港IPO發行量能超過2,000億
港交所(00388.HK)今天就優化首次公開招股市場定價及公開市場規定的諮詢文件刊發諮詢總結。
瑞銀全球投資銀行部副主席及亞洲企業客戶部聯席主管李鎮國指出,今天香港聯交所宣布的強化IPO價格機制和公開市場要求,無疑將繼續提升香港作為發行人主要上市地之一的吸引力和競爭力。這修訂會繼續加強全球企業選擇香港最為上市地點。另外,新修訂的最低40%配售份額也確保上市定價機制及有廣泛和足夠機構投資者參與上市發行,確保穩定的長期後市穩定表現。李鎮國預料今年香港IPO發行量能超過2,000億。
