4家A股公司，被證監會立案！
7月25日晚間，*ST萬方（000638.SZ）披露公告稱，公司當日收到證監會下發的《中國證券監督管理委員會立案告知書》，因涉嫌信息披露違法違規，公司被證監會立案調查。
公司表示，目前經營狀況正常，將積極配合證監會的調查工作，並嚴格履行信息披露義務。
*ST萬方此前已因2024年度業績預告不準確等問題，於2025年7月1日被深圳證券交易所公開譴責。此次被證監會立案調查，進一步表明其信息披露問題已上升至監管層面的重點關注對象。
除被立案外，*ST萬方大股東持有的公司股票日前被撤回司法拍賣，但仍存在被重新拍賣的風險。
資料顯示，*ST萬方的主營業務涵蓋軍工業務、農業業務及生物健康業務。其中，軍工業務在2024年的營收佔比爲82.55%，是公司營收增長的核心驅動力。
但從近年的財務表現來看，其業績呈現大幅波動。
2024年公司營收達到3.91億元，同比增長133.70%，相比2022年的1.58億元，兩年間營收增長超過150%。
2024年淨利潤爲531萬元，實現扭虧爲盈，但扣非淨利潤仍爲虧損460萬元。而2023年淨利潤爲-520.90萬元，2022年淨利潤爲420.12萬元。
2025年一季度歸母淨利潤爲-252.19萬元，同比雖有改善，但仍未實現盈利。
2025年上半年業績預告顯示，公司預計將出現虧損。
預計2025年上半年實現淨利潤虧損450萬元至650萬元，同比盈轉虧，上年同期爲盈利104.71萬元。扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤虧損500萬元至700萬元。
由於已被實施退市風險警示（*ST），若2025年全年繼續虧損，投資者需警惕其經營風險及潛在的退市風險。
除了*ST萬方外，還有多家上市公司發佈公告稱，因涉嫌信披違法違規，遭證監會立案調查。
瑞貝卡（600439.SH）公告稱，公司及控股股東河南瑞貝卡控股有限責任公司近日收到證監會下發的《立案告知書》，因涉嫌信息披露違法違規，根據相關法律法規，中國證監會決定對公司及控股股東立案。
太原重工（600169.SH）公告稱，公司近日收到中國證監會出具的《立案告知書》，因涉嫌信息披露違法違規，中國證監會決定對公司立案。
另一家收到中國證監會《立案告知書》的公司爲*ST沐邦（603398.SH），公司因涉嫌年報等定期報告財務數據虛假披露等違法行爲被立案
