中金黃金再發公吿！已停產！
7月24日晚，中金黃金髮布最新公吿：
2025年7月24日早間，公司發佈《中金黃金股份有限公司情況説明公吿》。目前各項處置工作正有序進行。目前中國黃金集團內蒙古礦業有限公司已停產。公司將根據現場處置情況，積極妥善推動善後工作。
公司將持續關注事件進展並及時履行信息披露義務。
根據中金黃金在24日早間公吿中披露，2025年7月23日，東北大學6名學生在中金黃金控股子公司中國黃金集團內蒙古礦業有限公司烏努格吐山銅鉬礦選礦廠參觀學習浮選工藝過程中，因格柵板脱落墜入浮選槽。
經全力施救，6人被救出後，醫護人員確認已溺亡。另有1名老師受傷。
中金黃金稱，公司對事件不幸遇難者表示沉痛哀悼，對傷者和遇難者家屬表示誠摯慰問，並對此產生的社會影響深表歉意。
或拖累全年目標
資料顯示，中金黃金是一家集黃金採、選、冶、加工於一體的大型黃金企業，旗下擁有多個黃金及有色金屬礦山。2024年，公司主營業務收入構成中，黃金佔比56.09%，礦山銅佔比7.37%，顯示出公司在黃金及有色金屬領域的核心地位。
涉事公司中國黃金集團內蒙古礦業有限公司（簡稱“內蒙古礦業公司”）是中金黃金旗下重要子公司，中金黃金持有其90%的股權。
內蒙古礦業公司不僅是中國黃金集團在內蒙古地區的資源開發主體，也是中金黃金重要的利潤來源。
2024年，中金黃金實現營業收入655.6億元，同比增長7%；歸母淨利潤33.9億元，同比增長14%。其中內蒙古礦業公司在2024年貢獻了約23億元的淨利潤，佔中金黃金全年歸母淨利潤33.9億元的約67.85%。
內蒙古礦業公司作為中金黃金的重要利潤來源，其停產將直接影響公司2025年下半年的業績表現。
根據中金黃金2025年半年度業績預增公吿，公司預計2025年上半年歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤為261,398.81萬元至287,538.69萬元，同比增加50%-65%。若內蒙古礦業公司停產時間較長，可能會影響公司全年業績目標的實現。
旗下多家子公司曾“踩線”被罰
據天眼查深度風險信息顯示，中金黃金旗下多家公司曾因安全問題被罰。
2024年10月，中國黃金集團建設有限公司對中金建設包頭分公司、項目部的安全管理不到位。中金建設包頭分公司、項目部違反安全生產管理制度，僱傭並安排患有高血壓的工人進行高處作業等問題被罰60萬元；
2024年8月，河南金渠黃金股份有限公司因未按照要求配備專職礦長、1名從業人員未隨身攜帶自救器等問題被罰10.5萬元；
2024年2月，嵩縣金牛有限責任公司因5名井下作業人員未隨身攜帶自救器被罰4萬元。
