中航機載(600372.SH):擬放棄控股子公司陝西華燕股權轉讓優先受讓權
格隆匯7月24日丨中航機載(600372.SH)公佈,中航成飛擬將其持有陝西華燕20.00%的股權(對應14,000萬元出資額),按照經審計的淨資產值通過非公開協議增資的方式增資至其全資子公司西安電測。本次股權轉讓完成後,陝西華燕20.00%股權擬由中航成飛全資子公司西安電測持有,公司持有陝西華燕80.00%股權比例不變。考慮到本次股權轉讓不會對陝西華燕現有治理體系產生影響,亦不會影響公司對陝西華燕的控股地位,公司擬放棄控股子公司陝西華燕股權轉讓優先受讓權。
