大新金融:本港6月通脹進一步放緩 降今年CPI增長預測至1.8%
大新金融集團首席經濟及策略師溫嘉煒稱,本港6月整體消費物價指數(CPI)按年升幅放緩0.5個百分點至1.4%,回落至三個月低位,低於市場預期的1.7%及該行的1.6%。若扣除一次性紓困措施,基本通脹按年升幅維持1%。能源價格升幅明顯收窄,電力、燃氣及水的價格由5月近兩成的升幅顯着收窄至1.6%,爲去年6月以來最低。私人房屋租金按年升幅維持2.1%;食品價格按年升幅擴大至0.7%,爲今年1月以來最大升幅;當中基本食品價格跌幅收窄至0.4%,外出用膳及外賣價格升幅輕微加快。另外,耐用品價格跌幅輕微擴大至2.5%,爲2023年8月以來最大跌幅,連跌三十四個月。 他表示,本港6月通脹進一步放緩,主要由於去年政府在6月的電費補貼較5月減少,導致能源價格升幅明顯收窄,加上耐用品及衣履價格持續下跌,抵銷食品價格升幅加快的影響。內地食品價格維持溫和,可能繼續不利整體食品價格走勢。衣履及耐用品價格亦維持跌勢,或反映本地消費市道仍然低迷。該行認爲,中美貿易戰前景未明,部分內地出口商品或轉向內銷,或繼續對部分消費品價格走勢帶來壓力;同時,隨着私人租金上升以及一次性紓困措施結束,或爲整體通脹帶來一定支持。該行將今年整體通脹預測由2%下調至1.8%。
