ST西發:擬現金收購嘉士伯持有的拉薩啤酒50%股權 預計構成重大資產重組
ST西發(000752.SZ)公告稱,公司擬籌劃以現金方式收購嘉士伯國際有限公司持有的西藏拉薩啤酒有限公司50%股權,預計構成重大資產重組。目前交易雙方僅就《西藏拉薩啤酒有限公司50%股權轉讓及其他事項的條款清單》初步達成共識並簽署,未簽署其他具有法律效力的協議或文件,交易方案和交易條款仍需進一步論證和溝通協商。此外,公司目前處於預重整階段,存在因重整失敗而被宣告破產並被實施破產清算的風險,公司股票可能面臨被終止上市的風險。
