小商品城(600415.SH):擬向商博南星增資3.5億元
格隆匯7月21日丨小商品城(600415.SH)公佈,商博南星系公司全資子公司。前期商博南星通過掛牌競拍方式取得杭政儲出[2025]60號地塊,並作爲主體投資建設義烏市場杭州飛地項目,項目預計總投資金額爲人民幣10.99億元,爲加快項目建設進度,增強商博南星的資金實力和綜合競爭力,公司擬以自有資金向商博南星增資人民幣35,000萬元,商博南星註冊資本由5,000萬元增至40,000萬元。增資後公司持有商博南星100%的股權,仍爲公司全資子公司。
本次增資主要用於商博南星建設開發公司商城杭州飛地項目,能夠有效改善商博南星的資產負債結構,增強其資金實力,提高資信水平,有利於提高商博南星房地產綜合開發及運營能力,爲公司未來業務拓展和經營戰略實施奠定堅實基礎,符合公司作爲國有企業穩健經營的發展理念。
