南京熊貓電子股份(00553.HK)發表業績預告,預計2025年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨虧損約4,500萬元至5,400萬元人民幣(下同),去年同期為虧損6,819.81萬元。
公司解釋,公司工業互聯網和智能製造業務正處於轉型調整過渡期內,上半年相關業務完工驗收和結算較少,對營業收入和歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤產生一定影響。另外,電源及通訊業務現有市場競爭激烈,收入有所下降,對歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤產生一定影響。
