工業富聯漲停，5GETF、5G通信ETF漲超3%
A股主要指數早盤集體上漲，截至午盤，滬指漲0.58%報3493.16點，深成指漲1.27%，創業板指漲2.25%，北證50指數漲1.15%。全市場半日成交額8853億元，較上日放量1023億元，超3900只個股上漲。
盤面上，電子元器件、通信設備上漲。
工業富聯漲停，股價創去年11月以來新高。
消息面上，工業富聯昨晚公告，2025年半年度實現歸屬於母公司所有者的淨利潤119.58億元-121.58億元，與上年同期相比，將上升32.19億元-34.19億元，同比上升36.84%-39.12%。
公司雲計算業務在二季度實現高速增長，整體板塊營業收入較去年同期增長超過50%。產品結構持續優化，產品量產加速爬坡，客戶對AI數據中心Hyper-scaleAI機櫃產品需求不斷增加。其中，AI服務器營業收入較去年同期增長超過60%，雲服務商服務器的營業收入較去年同期增長超過1.5倍。
ETF方面，國泰通信ETF、銀華5GETF、華夏5G通信ETF漲超3%；博時5G50ETF、富國通信設備ETF漲超2.5%。
通信ETF跟蹤的是通信設備指數，該指數從A股市場中選取涉及通信設備製造及相關服務的上市公司證券作爲指數樣本，指數聚焦於通信技術、設備及解決方案提供商，反映通信設備行業的整體表現，具有較高的行業集中度和科技屬性。
5G通信ETF跟蹤中證5G通信主題指數，深度聚焦英偉達、蘋果、華爲產業鏈，覆蓋了多個AI算力、6G、消費電子、半導體、PCB、通信設備、服務器、光模塊、物聯網等細分行業的龍頭個股。
華泰證券研報指出，海內外AI風起雲涌，關注算力鏈機遇。華泰證券觀察到海內外AI產業鏈發生多項變化：1）英偉達市值創歷史新高，7月4日，公司股價一度上漲至160.98美元，市值達到3.92萬億美元，超越蘋果此前3.915萬億美元的記錄；2）CoreWeave率先部署英偉達GB300 NVL72系統，與上一代英偉達Hopper架構相比，推理模型的輸出量提高50倍；3）世紀互聯上調業績指引，其中將淨收入由原指引91-93億元（同比增速10%-13%）上調至91.5-93.5億元（同比增速11%-13%），主要原因在於批發IDC客戶的進入速度超預期以及運營效率的持續提升，看好2025年通信行業AI算力鏈、核心資產價值重估（重中國移動、中國電信）、新質生產力（衛星互聯網、低空經濟、深海科技等）及自主可控賽道。
