《大行》摩通一舉升九置(01997.HK)評級至「增持」 上調領展(00823.HK)目標價至49元
摩根大通發表研究報告指,香港5月零售銷售貨值按年轉升,是自去年2月以來首次,呈谷底反彈。當中,非必需消費品同樣錄得自去年1月以來首次正增長。
摩通並不認爲零售行業將會大幅復甦,但指出已現企穩跡象,並預期下半年的按年增速或會繼續趨穩。該行將九龍倉置業(01997.HK)的評級由「減持」上調至「增持」,目標價27.5元,並將領展(00823.HK)的目標價由43元升至49元,續予「增持」評級。
