《經濟》美國6月ADP私人部門職位意外減少3.3萬
據ADP統計,美國6月私人企業減少33,000個工作崗位,是自2023年3月以來的首次下降,扭轉5月份向下修訂的29,000個增加,遠低於市場預期的增長95,000個工作崗位。
服務行業減少66,000個工作崗位。生產性行業增加32,000個工作崗位:製造業增15,000個,建築業增9,000個,自然資源/採礦業增8,000個。
同時,留任原本工作的人員年薪增長在6月份從5月份的4.5%輕微下降至4.4%。6月份轉職的人員薪酬增長為6.8%,從7%輕微下降。
ADP首席經濟學家Nela Richardson表示,裁員現象仍然罕見,但由於招聘猶豫不決以及不願找到新員工替代離職員工,導致上個月出現一些裁員。不過,招聘放緩尚未影響薪酬增長。
