新城控股(601155.SH):於6月27日提前贖回5000萬美元的本期債券
格隆匯6月27日丨新城控股(601155.SH)公佈,爲統籌優化整體融資結構,公司根據自身流動性安排,於2025年6月27日提前贖回了5000萬美元的本期債券,並於同日根據相關規定及債券條款註銷已贖回的美元債券。本期美元債券截至本公告日剩餘本金2.5億美元,公司將於2025年10月15日到期還本付息。
本次提前贖回部分境外美元債券符合公司償債計劃及發展戰略,不會對公司經營情況和財務狀況產生不利影響,不會損害公司及全體股東的利益。
