格隆匯6月26日丨中國唐商(00674.HK)公吿,截至2025年3月31日止年度,集團錄得收益約5.8億港元,同比減少約33.8%,同時於截至2025年3月31日止年度錄得虧損約7230萬港元,較上一個財政年度減少約36.4%。公司擁有人應占每股虧損2.598港仙。
虧損減少乃主要由於1)實施各項成本控制及削減開支措施;及2)於本年度確認的物業發展業務、物業分租及投資業務收益減少。董事會認為,投資物業的公平價值虧損為非現金項目,對本集團經營的現金流量並無影響。
