中海油(00883.HK)與哈薩克簽訂油氣勘探與生產合約
中國海洋石油(00883.HK)公布,子公司CNOOC Hong Kong Holding Limited與哈薩克能源部及哈薩克國家石油天然氣公司簽訂Zhylyoi區塊油氣勘探與生產合約。
根據合約,該區塊勘探期第一階段為9年,CNOOC Hong Kong Holding Limited和哈薩克國家石油天然氣公司將分別擁有該區塊各50%權益,雙方計劃成立聯合作業公司,共同擔任作業者。
Zhylyoi區塊部分位於哈薩克阿特勞地區,部分位於裏海哈薩克海域,面積達約958平方公里。
