中關村(000931.SZ)：公司部分銀行賬戶資金被凍結
格隆匯6月20日丨中關村(000931.SZ)公佈，公司於近日通過向銀行查詢獲悉公司部分銀行賬戶資金被凍結。
近日，公司收到福建省福州市中級人民法院(以下簡稱：福州中院)出具的《執行裁定書》【(2025)閩 01 執恢 171 號】，裁定：凍結(劃撥)被執行人福州華電房地產公司(以下簡稱：福州華電)、公司應當履行義務部分的銀行存款；或者查封(扣押、凍結、提取)其相應財產。
經覈實，本次公司部分銀行賬戶資金被凍結系因北京託普天空科技有限公司(以下簡稱：託普天空)與福州華電、公司委託貸款合同糾紛一案，託普天空向福州中院提出恢復執行申請所致。2001 年託普天空委託中信實業銀行福州分行閩都支行向福州華電提供 1,500 萬元貸款，公司爲該項貸款提供了擔保，後福州華電未償還貸款。2005年10月10日，福州中院出具《民事判決書》【(2005)榕民初字第 214 號】，判決公司對福州華電的上述債務承擔連帶清償責任；2006年 2 月 8 日，福建省高級人民法院出具《民事判決書》【(2005)閩民終字第531 號】，維持原判。後託普天空申請強制執行，因福州華電不具備還款能力，公司被強制履行擔保責任，福州中院分別扣劃公司持有的北京天橋北大青鳥科技股份有限公司和廣廈(銀川)實業股份有限公司的股份償付至託普天空，即：公司已代福州華電向託普天空清償債務 25,715,971.12 元。2009 年 4 月 25 日福州中院出具《執行裁定書》【(2006)榕執行字第 132-5 號】，裁定終結本次執行程序。現託普天空主張，截至 2010 年 2 月 5 日福州華電和公司仍欠其貸款本金 1,844,888.17 元，利息 493,508.99 元，共計 2,338,397.16 元尚未清償，故向法院申請恢復執行。
