歐盟:AliExpress違反銷售非法產品規則
歐洲委員會周三發布的初步報告中指出,電子商務平台AliExpress未能依據《數位服務法》評估和降低銷售非法產品的風險。
委員會表示,該公司在其監管系統上投入的資源有限,反映出系統性過失,並未執行針對重複發布非法內容的交易商的處罰政策。
同時,委員會接受AliExpress提出的承諾,以解決其他多項關切,包括平台的內部投訴處理系統、廣告透明度、交易商的可追溯性,以及研究人員對公共數據的訪問。AliExpress還將定期向獨立監測受託人提交報告,該受託人將每年向委員會報告。
