中國平安(02318.HK)擬溢價18.5%發可轉債 淨籌116.7億元
中國平安(02318.HK)公布,擬發行117.65億元於2030年到期的零息可轉換債券,每股H股初始轉換價為55.02元,較昨日(3日)收市價46.45元溢價約18.45%,可悉數轉換為約2.14億股,佔擴大後H股股本的2.79%及已發行股本的1.16%。
公司預期,發行債券所得款項淨額約為116.68億元,擬用於滿足未來以金融為核心的業務發展需求,用於補充的資本需求;支持醫療、養老新戰略發展的業務需求;一般公司用途。
