龍蟠科技放量跳漲21%,海外工廠拿下50億“大單”
龍蟠科技(2465.HK)跳空高開,盤初再度拉昇漲21.14%報6.99港元,開盤不到10分鐘成交額已達1.5億港元。
消息面上,公司公告稱,控股孫公司鋰源(亞太)與Eve Energy Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.簽署《生產定價協議》,預計自2026至2030年間向Eve Energy及其關聯企業銷售15.2萬噸磷酸鐵鋰正極材料,合同總銷售金額預計超50億元。據悉,Eve Energy是頭部電池企業之一億緯鋰能的海外子公司。
公司表示,本協議爲日常經營相關的銷售合同,公司簽訂本協議有助於與下遊合作夥伴建立長期穩定的關係,有助於公司產品的穩定銷售,符合公司發展戰略規劃。若該合同能順利履行,將對公司未來業績產生積極影響。
