停牌！又一A股公司，實控人籌劃“退場”
5月26日晚間，易明醫藥發佈公告稱，公司於5月26日收到控股股東、實際控制人高帆的通知，其正在籌劃公司控制權變更事宜。
易明醫藥表示，上述事項尚在籌劃中，尚未簽署正式協議，具有重大不確定性。爲保證公平信息披露，避免公司股價異常波動，維護廣大投資者利益，根據規定，經公司向深交所申請，公司股票自5月27日開市起停牌，預計停牌時間不超過2個交易日。
多次減持均未達預期
公開資料顯示，易明醫藥是一家專注於醫藥研發、生產和銷售的中國醫藥企業，主要從事化學藥品、中成藥及生物醫藥的研發與生產。
公司成立於2003年，2016年12月在深交所中小板正式掛牌上市。
高帆爲易明醫藥創始人，生於1968年，擁有美國居留權。曾任職於鄭州大學第一附屬醫院，後創立了易明醫藥。
自2014年12月12日起，他擔任易明醫藥董事長；並自2016年12月16日起擔任總經理。
直至2021年9月12日，因公司治理需要，高帆卸任該公司董事長、總經理及董事會各專門委員會委員等職務，不再參與公司治理。
在2021年9月卸任後，高帆在2022年6月宣佈開啓減持，逐步退出其在公司的控制權。不只是高帆，公司多名股東、董監高也相繼減持。2022年，易明醫藥前十大股東中，有7名股東進行了減持。
不過，截至2022年12月減持計劃屆滿時，高帆僅減持了63.58萬股，佔總股本的0.33%。
2023年2月，高帆再度發佈減持計劃，然而，減持計劃又未如期完成。2023年6月，高帆根據自身減持實際情況，決定提前終止減持計劃，本輪累計減持股份153.53萬股，佔總股本的0.81%。
截至今年一季度末，高帆持有易明醫藥4880.04萬股，佔總股本的25.59%，按照當前股價（12.18元/股）測算，前述股份市值約5.9億元。
多次籌劃減持均未達預期，高帆本次選擇直接出讓控制權。目前，高帆並未在上市公司擔任董監高職務，但在子公司仍有任職。
Q1業績再下滑
業績層面，易明醫藥2024年實現營收6.52億元，同比下滑2.27%，這是公司連續第二年營收下滑；不過淨利潤表現亮眼，2024年歸母淨利潤爲4592.88萬元，同比增長198.5%。
2023年，公司營收爲6.67億元，同比下降22.14%；歸母淨利潤1538.65萬元，同比下降65.14%。
2025年第一季度業績表現不佳，營業收入爲1.49億元，同比下降7.41%；歸母淨利潤爲1879.39萬元，同比下降32.64%。
二級市場上，截至3月26日收盤，易明醫藥漲2.53%報12.18元/股，最新市值23.22億元，今年以來股價累計漲超17%，不過較2017年高峯市值已大幅縮水。
