特朗普恢復與歐盟為期90天的貿易談判窗口
美國總統特朗普表示，歐盟請求延長貿易談判的窗口期，已同意將截止日期延長至7月9日。此前歐盟委員會主席馮德萊恩週日在與特朗普通話後表示，歐盟準備“迅速而果斷”地推進與美國的貿易談判，但需要特朗普重回其最初設定的90天談判期。這是特朗普就職以來兩位領導人首次公開披露的通話。今年4月特朗普暫停了最初對歐盟徵收的20%關税，開始為期90天的談判窗口期，談判原定7月9日結束。
烏克蘭連續遭大規模襲擊
烏克蘭國家緊急情況服務中心25日通報稱，基輔州遭俄軍大規模襲擊，已造成4人死亡，16人受傷。基輔軍事行政長官特卡琴科25日表示：“超過12架敵方無人機已進入首都周邊空域，另有新增無人機正在逼近。”他在社交平台“電報”補充稱：“敵人可能動用戰略轟炸機發射大量無人機和導彈。”俄方對此暫無迴應。
美國政府擬推“鬆綁版”發電新方案
美國環境保護署24日證實，正起草一份旨在取消對美國境內燃煤和燃氣發電廠温室氣體排放限制的方案。此前，美國總統唐納德·特朗普剛簽署行政令，要大力發展核電。按美國內政部長道格·伯格姆的話説，電力將關係到美國在人工智能領域的競爭力。
特朗普威脅停止向哈佛大學撥款
當地時間25日，美國總統特朗普威脅稱，聯邦政府將可能不再繼續向哈佛大學提供新的撥款，並要求校方提供所有國際學生的姓名及國籍信息，以便進一步審查。
美國政府22日宣佈取消美國哈佛大學獲得的學生和交流學者項目資質，禁止該校招收國際學生。哈佛大學23日就此禁令起訴美國政府。

英偉達擬再推“中國特供”芯片
路透社25日報道稱，美國人工智能（AI）巨頭英偉達擬新推出一款專門面向中國市場的人工智能芯片，且最早將於今年6月開始量產。這款芯片屬於英偉達最新一代基於Blackwell架構的人工智能處理器，但其定價將在6500至8000美元之間，遠低於此前H20的10000至12000美元區間。
馬斯克稱其恢復全天候工作狀態
馬斯克週六在社交媒體發帖稱，他已經重新回到7x24小時工作的狀態，會睡在會議室、服務器機房或工廠裏。馬斯克表示：“我必須全神貫注於X/xAI和特斯拉，還有下週的星艦發射，因為我們正在推出關鍵技術。”此前，馬斯克旗下社交平台X在24日早間發生大規模宕機，目前服務已基本恢復。
軟銀孫正義提議設立美日主權財富基金
據《金融時報》援引三位匿名知情人士消息報道，軟銀集團創始人孫正義提出設立美日主權財富基金的構想，旨在對科技和基礎設施領域進行大規模投資。報道稱，孫正義已與美國財政部長斯科特・貝森特（Scott Bessent）討論了該計劃，但目前尚未正式提交。一位消息人士向《金融時報》透露，若要有效運作，這一聯合基金可能需要約 3000 億美元的初始資本，並配備較高槓杆。
