彩客新能源(01986.HK)建議彩客科技於北京證券交易所上市
格隆匯4月25日丨彩客新能源(01986.HK)公吿，彩客科技（公司間接非全資附屬公司）擬通過首次公開發售或中國證監會要求或同意的其他方式於北京證券交易所向不特定合格投資者發行新股份，但須（其中包括）經相關中國監管機構批准。
彩客科技為公司的非全資附屬公司。其股份目前於全國股轉創新層掛牌（股票代碼：873772）。截至本公吿日期，彩客科技的註冊資本為人民幣63,571,427元。截至本公吿日期，彩客香港（公司全資附屬公司）持有彩客科技已發行股本的約67.99%。
彩客科技是一家專業從事高性能有機顏料中間體等精細化工產品研究、開發、生產和銷售的高新技術企業。其現有產品包括DMS、DMSS、DATA、DMAS、BPDA等。該等產品的下游應用主要為高性能有機顏料、食品添加劑、光穩定劑及新材料聚酰亞胺領域。
公司認為，通過將彩客科技股份從全國股轉轉板至北京證券交易所上市，將使股份目前於全國股轉掛牌的彩客科技獲得上市公司的地位，這將使彩客科技能夠：(a)憑藉北京證券交易所更廣的投資者範圍及更高的交易量，增強彩客科技股份的交易活躍度及流動性，並反映彩客科技的公允價值以為股東帶來收益；(b)提升彩客科技的企業形象及聲譽，並提高彩客科技吸引能與其產生協同效應的戰略投資者的能力；(c)提升彩客科技的資本市場融資效率，增強其企業管治並加快其企業發展；及(d)進一步改善公司的財務結構，降低公司的資產負債率，增強公司的資本實力，從而為公司的業務發展作出貢獻。
此外，彩客科技擬將建議事項所得款項用於將增強其顏料中間體及新材料產品（即DMS、DMSS、DATA及BPDA）產能的項目。通過實施上述項目，彩客科技可增強其競爭優勢，並最終增加其市場份額及提升其盈利能力。流動資金及產能增加的綜合效益促進收入及溢利增加，進而日後為公司股東帶來更高回報。
