格隆汇4月15日丨山东赫达(002810.SZ)公布,拟在回购股份价格不超过人民币18.00元/股的条件下,按回购金额上限人民币10,000万元测算,预计回购股份数量不超过555.56万股,约占截至2025年3月31日公司总股本348,136,913.00股的1.5958%;按回购金额下限人民币5,000万元测算,预计回购股份数量不低于277.78万股,约占公司目前总股本的0.7979%,具体回购股份的数量以回购期满时实际回购的股份数量为准。
