格隆匯4月8日丨傑瑞股份(002353.SZ)公佈,基於對公司價值的認可和對公司未來持續穩定發展的信心,爲提升投資者信心,支持公司持續、健康、穩定發展,穩定及提升公司價值,煙臺傑瑞石油服務集團股份有限公司控股股東孫偉傑先生、王坤曉先生、劉貞峯先生(三人爲一致行動人)計劃自公告披露之日起6個月內,通過深圳證券交易所交易系統以集中競價方式增持公司股票,增持金額合計不低於5,000萬元(人民幣,下同)且不超過7,000萬元。
