格隆匯3月27日丨SOHO中國(00410.HK)公吿,截至2024年12月31日止年度業績,集團投資物業平均出租率已觸底企穩,並於年末恢復至約78%。在宏觀經濟趨弱,寫字樓及商業物業租賃市場持續承壓的不利環境下,年度集團實現營業收入約人民幣15.4億元。本年度,物業租賃業務毛利率維持穩定在約為83%。本年度,來自經營活動歸屬母公司股東基礎淨利潤約為人民幣2.78億元(剔除投資物業評估值變動以及一次性税費)。年度歸屬母公司股東淨虧損約人民幣1.13億元。
