小菜園(00999.HK)公佈年度業績 外賣業務收入大幅增加34.4% 末期息每股0.3187元
格隆匯3月26日丨小菜園(00999.HK)發佈公告,截至2024年12月31日止年度,公司收入52.1億元人民幣,同比增長14.5%;年內利潤5.81億元,同比增長9.1%;基本每股盈利0.56元,董事會已決議建議派發截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股股份人民幣0.3187元。
於2024年12月31日,公司的資本負債比率(按銀行貸款及其他借款除以權益總額再乘以100%計算)爲零,而於2023年12月31日爲8.0%,主要由於銀行貸款及其他借款減少至零。
公司的外賣業務收入由2023年的人民幣1,491.4百萬元增加34.4%至2024年的人民幣2,004.8百萬元,主要由於公司「小菜園」門店的外賣訂單數量由2023年的18.9百萬筆增加至2024年的29.0百萬筆,歸因於(i)提供外賣服務的門店數目隨着公司門店網絡的擴張而增加,及(ii)公司於在線外賣平臺的吸引力增強。
公司的堂食業務收入由2023年的人民幣3,051.1百萬元增加4.6%至2024年的人民幣3,191.6百萬元,主要由於營運門店數量增加,截至2024年12月31日,公司有667家在營「小菜園」門店,而截至2023年12月31日,公司有536家「小菜園」門店。
