神州泰嶽(300002.SZ):擬以1402.50萬元漫遊兄弟部分股權
格隆匯3月25日丨神州泰嶽(300002.SZ)公佈,爲優化子公司的股權架構,北京神州泰嶽軟件股份有限公司全資子公司北京神州泰嶽科技有限公司擬以自有資金按照1,402.50萬元的總交易價格收購北京漫遊兄弟科技有限責任公司(以下簡稱“漫遊兄弟”)部分股權。漫遊兄弟爲公司控股子公司天津泰嶽小漫科技有限公司(以下簡稱“泰嶽小漫”)股東,持有泰嶽小漫股權比例爲40.75%。收購完成後,公司對泰嶽小漫的持股比例(直接加間接)將從60.16%上升至80.42%。
