格隆匯1月19日丨優必選(09880.HK)發佈公吿,公司已委任雲南國際信託有限公司作為受託人,以管理該計劃(有關採納H股激勵計劃)。受託人將根據計劃規則,通過動用(其中包括)公司以其自有資金注入信託的資金,按當前市價透過二級市場購買H股,以達成根據該計劃授出獎勵的目的。
另一方面,董事會對集團的經營業績及未來發展前景充滿信心,認為目前H股估值偏低,現時乃進行股份購買以進一步實施該計劃的適當時機。公司目前預期以不超過人民幣2億元的總代價進行股份購買。
