格隆匯8月23日丨彩星集團(00635.HK)發佈公吿,截至2024年6月30日止六個月,集團收入5.27億港元,同比增加23.3%;毛利為3.24億港元,同比增加24.7%;公司擁有人應占虧損億1.6億港元,上年同期公司擁有人應占溢利9629.1萬港元;基本每股虧損7.72港仙,每股中期股息1.50港仙。
2024年上半年,物業投資及管理分部營業額較去年同期增加3.3%至港幣7930萬元(2023年同期:港幣7680萬元)。經獨立專業測量師重估,集團投資物業公平價值為港幣47億元,重估淨虧絀港幣2.5億元已計入集團綜合收益表內(2023年同期:重估淨盈餘港幣410萬元)。分部營運虧損(包括物業重估)為港幣1.9億元(2023年同期:分部營運溢利港幣5880萬元)。
