格隆匯8月6日丨中國萬桐園(06966.HK)公吿,相比上年同期集團擁有人應占溢利及全面收益總額約人民幣13.95百萬元,集團預期截至2024年6月30日止六個月將錄得公司擁有人應占溢利及全面收益總額約人民幣7.00百萬元至人民幣8.00百萬元之間,減少約43%至50%。
溢利減少乃主要由於(i)墓位需求下降而使銷售墓地收入下降;(ii)拓展殯葬項目及延伸性殯儀服務業務而使差旅、人工、折舊攤銷等費用增加;及(iii)持有的港幣存款因匯率變動幅度較去年同期減少而使匯兑收益較去年同期下降。
