會通股份(688219.SH):擬放棄對控股子公司會通新能源優先增資權
格隆匯7月30日丨會通股份(688219.SH)公佈,公司的控股子公司安徽會通新能源科技有限公司(以下簡稱“會通新能源”)擬進行增資擴股(以下簡稱“本次增資”),在過去十二個月內與公司存在關聯關係情形的自然人吳江先生擬出資金額為525萬元,公司放棄會通新能源本次增資的優先增資權。本次增資完成後,公司對會通新能源的控股比例由71.14%變更為69.42%,會通新能源仍為公司的控股子公司,不影響公司合併報表範圍。
