首佳科技(0103.HK)引入資深行業專家為戰略股東 將大力拓展海外市場
2024年7月29日，首佳科技(0103.HK)公佈，公司股東Fair Union及琴台管理以每股0.863港元的價格向Redamancy.Z Holdings Limited分別轉讓8751.6萬股以及844.6萬股，以7月29日的收盤價0.24港元計算，轉讓價格溢價高達259%，公司表示，此次引入戰略股東將有利於增進公司股東結構多元化，助力公司業務協同及促進業務發展。
據瞭解，Fair Union為首鋼香港的全資附屬公司，目前持有首佳科技45.67%的股份，本次股份轉讓完成後，持有比例將降為約41.2%，首鋼香港表示將持續看好公司發展前景。
值得注意的是，公司2023年度經審計的每股淨資產值約0.86港元，轉讓價格恰好反映了公司的淨資產價值。
首佳科技主要從事製造及銷售鋼簾線，緊抓快速發展的汽車及輪胎市場以及國家節能減排目標下新能源汽車產量增長的市場機遇，三年疫情期間公司始終保持營收以及盈利逆勢穩定增長，2023年國門開放後迅速抓住經濟復甦契機，通過精細化運營以及持續提升公司產能，根據公開資料顯示，2023財年實現淨利潤30.61%的高速增長，每股收益增長54.97%，伴隨公司的營收增長，公司反饋股東意願強烈，派息比例逐年增加，近三年派息比例穩定在30%上下，其中，2023年派息比率為31.55%，相比2019年的17%接近翻倍。與此同時，公司在固本國內業務的同時，也積極走出海外，目前公司品牌已經在海外享有盛譽，伴隨海外市場的持續擴張，公司的出口銷售佔比逐年顯著提升，根據公開資料顯示，從2019年20.7%顯著提升至2023年的36%，體現公司"出海"戰略成效顯著，新市場的持續開闢助力公司持續擴大市場份額，鞏固主業優勢，提升盈利表現。此次引入戰略股東是公司"強強聯合"戰略思維的體現，預計將進一步協助公司拓展更豐富的行業資源，並加快公司進軍海外市場步伐。
據悉，此次引入的戰略股東為行業內資深人士，耕耘鋼簾線行業近10年，曾任職於行業龍頭企業主管國際銷售，在國際市場擁有豐富的經驗和客户關係。預計本次加入首佳科技成為戰略股東，將可協助公司儘快啟動海外生產基地建設，
助力公司拓展國際業務。公司目標是未來實現海外客户銷售額佔比達到50%以上，同時建立完善的全球化銷售、物流和服務網絡。管理層表示，未來公司將充分利用鋼簾線行業整合窗口期，尋求海外產能戰略合作目標，在堅定主業的前提下，依託現有優勢圍繞絲線材領域探 索國內外市場的發展前瞻性。
