企展控股(01808.HK)分別與面壁智能及城建智控簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯7月3日丨企展控股(01808.HK)公吿，公司於2024年第二季度分別與北京面壁智能科技有限責任公司（面壁智能）及北京城建智控科技股份有限公司（城建智控）簽訂不具法律約束力的戰略合作協議，根據戰略合作協議，雙方將合作共同推動數字科技項目。
根據公司與面壁智能簽訂的戰略合作協議，雙方將共同推動以下四個範疇的合作：1.“AI+Agent+端”超融合智能體：依託雲-邊-端算力網體系架構和AIAgent技術體系，探索構建雲（通用大模型）-邊（行業大模型）-端（應用小模型）創新型超融合體系，滿足各類應用場景需求。
2.AI基礎應用能力：包括(a)可實現AI自動標註能力的智能數據標註器；(b)面向人、機器設備兩類主體的AI知識提取器；及(c)滿足原始數據不出域、數據可用不可見要求的數據空間連接器和數據資產連接器。
3.應用場景大模型：面向醫療、教育、農業、文化、金融和城市資產運營等領域，探索構建應用場景大模型，推動行業智能化發展水平，實現行業大數據和大模型的商業價值。
4.課題研究：圍繞AI+數據要素領域展開深入研究，共同探索該領域的前沿問題，通過科研合作促進理論與實踐的結合，推動相關領域的技術進步和創新發展。
根據公司與城建智控簽訂的戰略合作協議，雙方將共同推動邊緣算力、智算服務、數據資產化和數據資本化解決方案和產品落地，包括但不限於平台建設運營，提供邊緣算力服務和智算服務，提供企業數據資源入表和數據資產運營服務等。雙方優先在城建智控母公司所參控股和服務的企業開展邊緣算力、數據資源入表和數據資產運營業務，並共同推進北京市數據要素運管服平台的建設運營，助力北京數據基礎制度先行區建設。
戰略合作協議雙方基於在數字科技領域實現強強聯合、優勢互補，實現雙方共同高質量發展。董事會認為，戰略合作協議為各方提供寶貴機會，利用各自的資源及專長，創造互惠互利及協同效應。因此，董事會認為，訂立戰略合作協議符合公司和其股東的整體利益。
