格隆匯6月28日丨HPC HOLDINGS(01742.HK)發佈公吿,集團截至2024年4月30日止六個月的收益同比下降48.21%,由約167.73百萬新加坡元下降至約86.86百萬新加坡元。收益下降是由於主要在建項目大多仍處於其初期階段,因此,中期期間的建築活動少於過往期間(當中有一個週期緊張的大型項目)。中期期間錄得除税後溢利淨額約644,000新加坡元,較過往期間的約1.94百萬新加坡元下降約66.74%。
