格隆匯6月27日丨生興控股(01472.HK)公吿,截至2024年3月31日止年度全年業績,集團收益為約1.165億港元,較上一年度減少64.0%。股東應占虧損為約640萬港元(2023年:約840萬港元),虧損較上一年度減少24.3%。年內虧損主要由於W57項目的工程進度已大致完成,因此土木工程收益有所減少。公司擁有人應占每股虧損基本及攤薄0.64港仙。
集團為香港知名總承建商,在承接各種土木工程(包括地盤平整、道路及橋樑建設、排水及排污系統建設、水管安裝及斜坡工程)方面擁有逾20年的經驗。公司為地盤平整及道路及渠務類別下的丙組(確認)承建商,合資格競投任何價值超過4億港元的公共工程合約。
