高新興(300098.SZ):提前終止公司第五期員工持股計劃
格隆匯6月23日丨高新興(300098.SZ)公佈,公司第五期員工持股計劃業績考核目標設定時間較早,當時未預料到市場環境將發生較大變化,前兩批次考核均未達成業績目標,持有人相應的權益均不得解鎖。根據《指導意見》《規範運作》及公司《第五期員工持股計劃(草案修訂案)》等相關規定,結合公司實際情況並考慮到參與員工的資金佔用成本,若繼續實施該次員工持股計劃將難以達到預期激勵目的和效果,不利於充分調動公司核心員工的工作積極性。綜合本次員工持股計劃對象的意願、近期市場環境因素以及公司未來發展戰略規劃,為更好地維護公司、股東和員工的利益,經慎重考慮,公司決定提前終止公司第五期員工持股計劃。
