諾力股份(603611.SH):擬總投資不超過12億建設智能物流設備生產基地
格隆匯5月15日丨諾力股份(603611.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司中鼎集成根據發展戰略規劃,擬以競拍方式受讓位於擬以競拍方式取得無錫市惠山區XDG(HS)-2023-18號地塊的國有建設用地使用權(以實際出讓文件為準)。中鼎集成取得上述國有土地使用權後,擬總投資不超過12.0018億建設智能物流設備生產基地,該項目擬分期分批建設,其中第一期項目投資不超過3.5億元,具體項目投資進度以正式項目實際投資方案為準。
