四維圖新(002405.SZ)與輕舟智航簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯4月22日丨四維圖新(002405.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與北京輕舟智航科技有限公司(以下簡稱"輕舟智航")簽署《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方將結合各自在乘用車領域的客户資源和產品能力，實現高質量、高標準合作目標，加強在智能駕駛解決方案、數據閉環等方面的務實合作，實現公司與輕舟智航的互利共贏發展。
根據合作協議，合作領域及方式如下：(1)雙方合作共同打造基於輕地圖的全域高階智能駕駛解決方案。(2)雙方共同探索包括但不限於智能駕駛原型車/量產車數據傳輸、地圖的快速成圖與更新、數據仿真、算法訓練、高階自動駕駛系統雲端管理等能力提升，共同設計和構建先進的數據閉環解決方案。(3)雙方共同研發面向整車智能化發展中，有競爭力的中高階智駕、以及未來艙行泊一體等解決方案。同時，建立緊密的合作模式推向市場，共同拓展目標客户。(4)雙方共同探討數採、合規、運維、仿真標註，算法訓練等方面的產品技術合作，支持自動駕駛算法的研發和不斷迭代。
除了上述合作方向外，雙方通過不定期的專題交流和研討會，進一步擴大雙方的合作生態圈，實現行業資源共享。在未來合作過程中，若雙方一致認為在其他方向存在合作機會，雙方將針對具體業務做進一步的合作與討論。
本次戰略合作雙方將發揮各自在乘用車領域的客户資源和產品能力優勢，共同深化在智能駕駛解決方案、數據閉環等方面的務實合作。通過雙方的緊密合作，將實現技術上的優勢互補，並共同推動雙方相關產品研發、市場推廣以及應用落地，可以在更多車型和場景中拓展應用範圍，進一步提升雙方在智能駕駛技術領域的整體競爭力。本次合作亦將帶來更具性價比的智能化解決方案，實現雙方互利共贏。
本次合作對於公司輕量化高精度地圖(HD Lite)、中高階智駕產品的應用推廣具有重要意義，能夠不斷增強公司在智能駕駛解決方案、數據閉環等關鍵領域的市場競爭力，符合公司發展戰略和股東利益。
