九興控股(01836.HK)2023年度錄得純利1.40億美元
格隆匯3月21日丨九興控股(01836.HK)公佈，2023年度，集團錄得純利1.40億美元(2022年：1.17億美元)，這已包括與在紐約證券交易所上市的LanvinGroup 投資有關的金融工具按市值計價的公平值虧損淨額730萬美元(2022年：按市值計價的公平值虧損淨額230萬美元)。除去集團於Lanvin Group投資的公平值淨額變動，集團錄得經調整純利1.48億美元(2022年：1.20億美元)。
2023年，鞋履產品的平均售價上升4.2%至每雙29.7美元，部分抵銷出貨量下降12.5%至4900萬雙的影響。平均售價上升乃主要由於休閒類別平均售價較低的款式佔比下降，以及運動、奢華及高端時尚類別客户推出新的高檔產品，而提供了較為卓着的貢獻所致。
集團於回顧年度的綜合收入減少8.5%至14.93億美元。在產品類別方面，由於部分運動鞋履客户進行去庫存以管理其存貨問題，公司運動鞋類的銷售額下降8.0%，佔製造總收入的43.2%。分別歸屬於公司奢華及時尚類別的收入按年增加4.1%及減少6.2%，與集團的預期相符，佔製造業務總收入的9.5%及26.1%。為配合三年規劃的策略，集團將產能調配至發展其他產品類別，因此休閒類別的收入下降18.0%，佔製造業務總收入的21.2%。
地域方面，於回顧年度，北美及歐洲仍為本集團兩個最大市場，分別佔本集團總收入的45.6%及24.9%，其次為中華人民共和國(「中國」)(包括香港)、亞洲(中國除外)及其他地區，分別佔本集團總收入的17.3%、8.8%及3.4%。集團的品牌業務(包括集團的自有零售鞋履品牌Stella Luna在歐洲的零售業務及其整體的批發業務)收入於年內下降57%至4,600,000美元，乃由於集團縮減集團的品牌業務所致。於2023年12月31日，位於歐洲的所有零售店及批發分銷點均已停業。於中國，集團對聯營公司的業務進行整頓，大幅削減其零售佈局。
