格隆匯3月1日丨中材國際(600970.SH)公佈,近日,公司全資子公司成都建築材料工業設計研究院有限公司與沙特東方水泥公司(即 Eastern
ProvinceCement Company,以下簡稱“業主”)簽訂了《沙特東方水泥公司 5#線日產 10000噸熟料水泥生產線 EPC 總承包合同》,合同金額2.71億美元。具體情況如下:
該項目位於沙特東部 Khursaniyah 區域,合同內容為在業主現有工廠的廠區內擴建一條日產 10000 噸熟料生產線及配套年產 160
萬噸水泥粉磨站,其中部分生產設施利用現有設施進行改造,涵蓋工程設計、設備材料採購及運輸、土建施工及設備安裝、調試、技術服務等工作。合同簽署即生效,工期自收到預付款後開始計算,不超過
21.5 個月生產第一批熟料,不超過 26 個月完成臨時驗收。
