渣打(02888.HK)洪丕正料內房不良貸款進一步撥備需要不大
渣打(02888.HK)亞洲區行政總裁洪丕正於業績記者會表示,維持內房最差時間已過的看法,但買家入市信心需時復甦。該行內房貸款由2021年底40億美元下降至目前25億美元,佔該行內地貸款只有4%,而當中約逾半為不良貸款,且88%已作撥備,不撇除未來再作撥備可能性,但相信需要再作撥備數量不大。
他指,難以預測未來息口走勢,預計今年淨利息收入達到100億美元至102.5億美元。另外,集團計劃於今年至2026年透過回購和派息向股東累計回饋最少50億美元。
