港交所(00388.HK)歐冠昇:市場對港股缺乏信念 大市接近投降式拋售
港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁歐冠昇表示,市場對港股缺乏信念,利率上升、世界各地地緣政治衝突,再加上對中國經濟增長的擔憂,令港股毫無疑問地接近投降式拋售的情況。
他稱,中國去年經濟增長5.2%,為世界額外增加一萬億美元的GDP,同時國務院總理李強近日重申中國歡迎外商投資,認為香港仍身處連接東西方的有利位置。雖然去年香港IPO宗數減少至73宗,集資額亦不及印度,但強調宗數仍然尚可接受,相信在估值下降的情況下,企業考慮留在私募市場融資而非急於上市。
另外,歐冠昇拒絕評論沙地阿美在香港上市的機會,僅稱香港是很適合中東企業上市之地。
