億晶光電(600537.SH)：滁州年產10GW高效N型TOPCon光伏電池項目廠房已建設完成
格隆匯1月5日丨億晶光電(600537.SH)公佈，截至本公吿日，公司已獲得安徽省發展改革委《關於滁州億晶光電科技有限公司年產10GW光伏電池、10GW光伏切片及10GW光伏組件項目(一期)節能報吿的審查意見》(皖發改能評[2023]26號)，原則同意該項目節能報吿;已獲得滁州市全椒縣生態環境分局《關於滁州億晶光電科技有限公司年產10GW光伏電池、10GW光伏切片及10GW光伏組件項目(一期工程)環境影響報吿書的批覆》(全環評[2023]97號)，同意該項目按照《滁州億晶光電科技有限公司年產10GW光伏電池、10GW光伏切片及10GW光伏組件項目(一期工程)環境影響報吿書》所列建設項目的性質、規模、地點、環境保護措施進行建設。
截至本公吿日，公司滁州年產10GW高效N型TOPCon光伏電池項目廠房已建設完成，首批5GW設備已到場安裝並完成調試，後5GW設備到場安裝完成進度30%-40%，已完成調試約1GW，合計調試完成可投產產能約6GW。當前項目進度有所滯後，主要原因在於市場對於大尺寸、矩形電池片需求的增速加快，公司原定設備需要做部分改造，以匹配硅片尺寸的變化。為節約公司設備改造成本，公司主動叫停設備廠商發貨，若按照原定設備以正常進度繼續發貨，當前可實現達產。當前公司加大滁州TOPCon電池項目的研發力度，在印刷工序之後添加激光誘導技術，使良率、轉化效率均達到良好水平。目前滁州TOPCon電池項目A級率達到97%+，轉化效率可達到26.2%。後期公司將根據光伏電池尺寸的市場變化情況內部商討、評估公司在電池產品尺寸的選擇和規劃(當前設備匹配生產182mm*182mm尺寸電池片，未來將根據市場實際情況考慮向生產182mm*18xmm210mm、210mm*210mm尺寸電池片進行改造)，在設備廠商內部完成設備更新後繼續推進設備進場調試工作。
