帝王實業控股(01950.HK)擬成立一家新公司 從事大數據及AI等業務
格隆匯12月27日丨帝王實業控股(01950.HK)公吿，於2023年12月27日，公司與於中華人民共和國("中國")註冊成立的公司浙江天牛元啟數字文化產業控股集團有限公司("天牛元啟")，訂立諒解備忘錄，據此，訂約各方(或彼等指定附屬公司)擬於中國成立一家新公司("目標公司")。據董事經作出一切合理查詢後所深知、盡悉及確信，天牛元啟及其最終實益擁有人為獨立於公司及其關連人士第三方。
目標公司將主要從事以大數據、AI、雲計算、物聯網、區塊鏈技術為基礎，為用户提供覆蓋數智生活、數智健康、數智能源、數智影業、數智文化的完整解決方案，同時提供精準數據賦能、新傳媒賦能以及融合消費賦能的健康產業、食品、飲料銷售推廣相結合的大健康產業。預期通過整合本公司擬發展白酒全產業鏈及天牛元啟的AI數智生態體系，連同以高端定製產品的銷售推廣及服務為核心，目標公司將構建覆蓋全中國的銷售網絡，從而實現其合作伙伴的目標。
