匯通能源(600605.SH):擬出售上海綠泰剝離房地產開發與銷售業務
格隆匯12月6日丨匯通能源(600605.SH)公佈,公司擬以現金及轉讓債務方式向鴻都置業出售其所持有的上海綠泰100%股權,交易價格84,092.39萬元。本次交易前,上市公司主要涵蓋房屋租賃、物業服務、美居裝修及房地產開發與銷售等四大業務板塊,其中公司房地產開發與銷售業務僅有東瀾小區項目。通過本次重組出售上海綠泰,公司將剝離房地產開發與銷售業務,聚焦房屋租賃、物業服務及美居裝修業務,快速回籠資金,增強核心競爭力,實現未來可持續發展。
