《盈警響號》德祥地產(00199.HK)料中期盈轉虧 蝕最少1.5億元
德祥地產(00199.HK)預計,截至9月30日止六個月淨虧損不少於1.5億元,去年同期純利約1.26億元。盈轉虧主要由於以下於2022期間的事項沒有於本期內發生,包括來自出售九龍珀麗酒店之應佔溢利約為2.23億元;及位於加拿大的酒店物業的公平值增加致使應佔減值虧損撥回約6,280萬元。
